Как говорится у каждого столба милиционера не поставишь. Будут патрулировать с представителем власти, 10 казаков, 1 полицейский, или без полицейских, думаешь кто-то из местных жителей против будет?
Думаю, что у местных будут совсем иные желания. Лучше бы этих казаков обучить как положено и на СВО. Всяко больше пользы.

Russia's trade with the West has been effectively cut off since early 2022, when Group of Seven nations and their allies, including Australia, South Korea and Singapore, imposed a slew of sanctions on Moscow intended to squeeze its war effort in Ukraine. In contrast, India, which has not officially condemned the invasion, saw an unprecedented surge in Russian imports after the start of the war. India imported $46.2 billion in Russian goods in the 12 months through March 2023, marking a 368% increase on the previous year, according to Indian government data. Russian trade with China and Southeast Asian nations also rose after the war began. China's exports to Russia jumped 50% on the year during January-November 2023, with imports from Russia growing by 12% in the same period, Chinese government data shows. Russia's bilateral trade with Indonesia, ASEAN's largest economy, meanwhile, rose 45% in 2022 to almost $4.8 billion, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry. Deripaska, himself a target of Western sanctions, credits the newly bolstered trade relations, along with what he called the resilience of Russia's private sector, with keeping the domestic economy afloat. "I thought there would be a bigger [economic] collapse," he said. "At the beginning of the war, [trade with China] was crucial.
